  1. Where do you deliver

    We deliver to most Perth Metro suburbs! Check the drop down menu when you order to see if your suburb is listed. Please contact us if its not there, we may have missed it or may be able to arrange a delivery for you still.

  2. What days do you deliver?

    We deliver Monday - Saturday. (Hooray!)This is inclusive of some public holidays. If we are away enjoying our own little vacay, there will be notice well in advance on our social media pages or home page. 

  3. What if no one is home?

    For our boxes which contain alcohol, a signature and photo ID is required upon delivery.

    For our other boxes we will do our best to leave the box in a cool/dry/safe spot, ONLY if someone will be home soon.

    Please leave us a delivery note if you'd like your box in a specific spot or to request a preferred time of delivery (between 9am-5pm). We also recommend leaving an iced esky out if you don't plan to be home for some time. If there is no where safe for the box to be left, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery which will cost $20.

  4. What time do you deliver?

    Monday - Friday we begin deliveries from 9am and aim to have all boxes delivered by 5pm.

    Saturdays deliveries will be made from 9am-1pm.

  5. What if I need to request a delivery time?

    Please contact us and we will see if it is possible to accommodate this request. Unfortunately due to the volume of deliveries we can not always guarantee an exact delivery time.

  6. What if I put down an invalid address?

    We will do our best to contact you at the time with the mobile number you have provided. If we are unable to speak with you we will bring the box back with us and you will have to come and collect it from us. This will incur in a $15 administration fee.

  7. Can you deliver to an apartment or unit complex?

    Yes we can. But please ensure someone is home to accept the delivery and to let the driver in. Unfortunately we cannot leave a box unattended out the front of an apartment complex so you will need to come and collect it directly from us.

  8. What if my suburb isn’t listed?

    Please contact us if your suburb isn't listed, we may have forgotten or we may be able to deliver at an additional price.

  9. Will there be traces of nuts?

    Yes, we cannot guarantee that any of our products will not have traces of nuts on them.

  10. What if I want to cancel my order?

    If your cancellation is made within 7 days of the delivery date there will be no refund. A cancellation of order will also incur in a $15 administration fee.

  11. How will they know it was me who sent it?

    The message in the card is exactly how you write it. So if you don't sign off then we will not include your name. If the recipient messages us then we will advise of the senders name, UNLESS you have specified that you want the order to remain anonymous.
