  1. Where do you deliver?

    We deliver to hundreds of suburbs in Perth Metro! Please contact us if your delivery suburb does not appear at checkout, we may still be able to arrange a delivery for you.

  2. What days do you deliver?

    We deliver Monday - Saturday. If you need a certain date that does not seem to be available, please email us at perthdesserts_enquiries@outlook.com, and we will sort something out!

  3. What if no one is home?

    For our boxes which contain alcohol, a signature and photo ID is required upon delivery.

    For our other boxes if no one answers the door we will always call the number provided. If no answer, we will do our best to leave the box in a cool/dry/safe spot, ONLY if there is no risk of product being impacted from the elements.

    Please leave us a delivery note if you'd like your box in a specific spot or to request a preferred time of delivery (we will reach out if we are unable to meet this time frame). We also recommend leaving an iced esky out if you don't plan to be home for some time. If there is no where safe for the box to be left or it is a scorching summers day, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery which will cost $20.

  4. What time do you deliver?

    Monday - Friday we begin deliveries from 8am and aim to have all boxes delivered by 6pm. During summer and busier periods please understand orders may be delivered later in the day/early mornings, if this is the case we will send an email to you.

    Saturday/Sunday deliveries will be made between 9am-1pm.

  5. Do you offer Pick-up?

    You betcha! This is only available on certain days and time. If you would like to pick up your order you'll need to email (perthdessers_enquiries@outlook.com) or direct message us for further information.

  6. What if I need to request a delivery time?

    Please contact us and we will see if it is possible to accommodate this request. Unfortunately due to the volume of deliveries we can not always guarantee an exact delivery time.

  7. What if I put down an invalid address?

    We will do our best to contact you at the time with the mobile number you have provided. If we are unable to speak with you we will bring the box back with us and you will have to come and collect it from us. This will incur in a $15 administration fee.

  8. Can you deliver to an apartment or unit complex?

    Yes, but please ensure someone is home to accept the delivery. We cannot leave a box unattended out the front of an apartment complex so they will need to come and collect it directly from us.

  9. What if my suburb isn’t listed?

    Please contact us if your suburb isn't listed, we may have forgotten or we may be able to deliver at an additional price.

  10. Will there be traces of nuts?

    Yes, we cannot guarantee that any of our products will not have traces of nuts on them.

  11. What if I want to cancel my order?

    If your cancellation is made within 7 days of the delivery date there will be no refund. A cancellation of order will also incur in a $15 administration fee.

  12. How will they know it was me who sent it?

    The message in the card is exactly how you write it. So if you don't sign off then we will not include your name. If the recipient messages us then we will advise of the senders name, UNLESS you have specified that you want the order to remain anonymous.
