WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver to most Perth Metro suburbs! Check the drop down menu when you order to see if your suburb is listed. At the moment we deliver to Perth suburbs within 30km from the city. Please contact us if its not there, we may have missed it or may be able to arrange a delivery for you with an added travel cost.
WHAT DAYS DO WE DELIVER?
We deliver Monday - Friday. We don't deliver on Public Holidays or Weekends and if we are away there will be notice on our Social Media Pages or Home Page.
WHAT IF NO ONE IS HOME?
We will leave the box in a cool/dry/safe spot if no one is home. If there is no where safe for the box to be left, we will call you to arrange pick up at another time which will cost you an admin fee of $20.
If no one is home and the box has been left we will text the number provided to let them know their box has been delivered. Please leave us a delivery note if you'd like your box in a specific spot. We also recommend leaving an iced esky out if you don't plan to be home for some time.
WHAT TIME DO YOU DELIVER?
We begin deliveries from 9am and aim to have all boxes delivered by 5pm.
If you need an earlier or later appointment, please get in touch.
WHAT IF I NEED TO REQUEST A DELIVERY TIME?
You can leave it in the "Special Instructions to Seller" section and we can do our best to meet your requirements - but it can not be guaranteed. You are best to send us an email for this request.
WHAT IF I PUT DOWN AN INVALID ADDRESS?
We will call the number provided upon arrival to arrange an alternative delivery at an additional $10 delivery cost to you. If we are unable to speak with you we will bring the box back with us and you will have to come and collect it from us. This will incur in a $10 administration fee.
CAN YOU DELIVER TO AN APARTMENT OR UNIT COMPLEX?
Yes we can. But please ensure someone is home to accept the delivery and to let the driver in. Unfortunately we cannot leave a box unattended out the front of an apartment complex so you will need to come and collect it directly from us.
WHAT IF MY SUBURB ISN'T LISTED?
Please contact us if your suburb isn't listed, we may have forgotten or we may be able to deliver at an additional price.
WILL THERE BE TRACES OF NUTS?
Yes, we cannot guarantee that any of our products will not have traces of nuts on them.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your cancellation is made within 7 days of the delivery date there will be no refund. A cancellation of order will also incur in a $15 administration fee.
